RIPA Pvt Ltd was founded in 2019 as a joint venture between Reagens, a leading European stabilizer manufacturer, and Indofil, an Indian manufacturer of acrylic modifiers and some other special additives. Shortly after its formation, most of the shares were bought out by Reagens.

Production was launched in 2021 in the city of Dahej in Gujarat, it was supposed to produce mainly only calcium-zinc and calcium-organic stabilizers. The plant was planned and built taking into account the vast experience of Reagens in Italy and Germany, and is currently the most modern of all the company’s production facilities. The planned production capacity is 60,000 tons per year.

RIPA’s activities were mainly focused on customers in the Indian market and in nearby countries, as well as Turkey, Russia and the CIS countries. The successful start of this production was ensured by the high technical expertise of Reagens, combined with the production experience of Indofil and the required qualifications of its technical staff.

RIPA’s production concept fully complies with the general requirements and objectives of Reagens in terms of quality standards for outgoing and outgoing raw materials, as well as providing customers with the highest level of technical support to provide them with solutions that are maximally adapted to their production tasks.

RIPA sees the transfer of its customers to lead-free stabilizers as one of its main tasks, providing the PVC recycling industry in the region with the image of an environmentally friendly industry. All proposed solutions are based on Reagens’ more than successful experience in the development of lead-free stabilizers in Europe, Asia and the USA, and the implementation of its solutions worldwide.

RIPA’s management is a member of the Indian Council of Vinyl Polymer Processors IVC, which supports the industry’s transition to environmentally friendly production standards.

Revada started working with RIPA in 2021 on some selected products and has now had three years of positive experience working with the company. Since 2024, a decision has been made on the possibility of expanding cooperation after careful verification of all major products and their development with customers.
